New visits of Master and PhD students from Moldova to the laboratories of partner institutions

NanoMedTwin project continues the implementation of its training agenda and supports long term visits of research students from Moldova to the laboratories of partner institutions. Two master students from the Department of Microelectronics and Biomedical Engineering at Technical University of Moldova, Tatiana Galatonova and Simon Busuioc, are now receiving training at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. Recently, the PhD student Mihail Batiri from the Technical University of Moldova has started his stay at Bristol University, UK, where he will receive training in the field of investigation of morphology and optical properties of layered semiconductor compounds.

The PhD student Vadim Morari from the Institute of Electronic Engineering and Nanotechnology, has just arrived to the Nanobiotechnology Laboratory of the Joint Research Center in Ispra, Italy, and the PhD student Vlad Ciobanu is getting ready for his next stay at JRC, where he will continue his training on exploring the interaction between nanoparticles and biomolecules.

Before departure, the agenda of the visits and working plans of the students have been discussed at the meetings of the National Center for Materials Study and Testing, Technical University of Moldova.
